Code of Conduct for Members

  • To ensure that all members are welcome and treat each other with respect.
  • To ensure that no member feels intimidated by other members.
  • To respect the opinions, views and lifestyles of all members.
  • To respect the wishes of members at all stages of coming to terms with their sexuality, especially those who are new to the group and scene.
  • To not push individuals beyond their limits, whilst being aware of one's own limits.
  • To respect the confidentiality of members outside of the Group.
  • Alcohol and drugs will not be tolerated within the Group environment.
  • If sexual activity occurs between any support group members, these are private and confidential matters. In support group meetings and socials, such sexual activities may be discussed only with the prior consent of the parties involved. Anyone breaking this rule is in breach of NPL's confidential policies, and may be barred from future participation in the group.

Members who infringe any of this Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the group permanently.
